Doing Business?

I am interested in doing putting up my business -- for real. But I just don't figure out what to do.... hmmm...

I am thinking about these:

1. Coffee Shop

2. Publishing Company

3. Food Cart

I know I have to start small... but I wonder which is much profitable.. and practical.
