Setting Priorities

Please be reminded that I am writing this at almost 2 am. So, prolly you'll see some typos and grammatically wrong sentences. Please bear with me :)

So, Priorities -- this is kinda what makes a childish person mature (at least i think so). Well in my so many years of working, I've come to this conclusion: That I don't know how to prioritize my many things in life.

Just to list all of the things that I need to do for a week or a month look at this(in random order):
* Church - Planning, Ministry Practices, Etc
* Family - Doing Houshold Chores, spending Q-Time with them
* School - Attending my classes, and doing assignments
* Work - Working -- of course
* Social Life - Hanging out with friends. Plus I believe in "All work, No play makes Mignonette Joy a sad girl" quote
* Businesses - I am starting up my first and second business

And most of the time, balancing them wasn't that easy as I thought. And I admit that I am having problems balancing them at the moment. Now that I am taking a much bigger responsibilities at Church and at Work. T_T

However, I believe that God has placed me on this position and gave me these responsibilities, so I should be a good steward of these talents and opportunities that I should give back to others....

Okay, I couldn't write anymore, So, I got to go now.

I just hope that you are reading my blog-- as in really reading it...

I took the Elevator going to 29th Floor

This is an impromptu blog. Please all the typos, wrong grammar, or misaligned thoughts are still here.

Expectations. Inspiration. Better person.

I've been with KMC MAG Group for more or less 4 months. It has been one roller coaster ride for me. Imagine being a normal SEO employee that becomes a Team Leader of 8 wonderful OJTs and became an SEO Specialist didn't start as smooth as I expected it to be.

I know that the SEO that I know isn't the best SEO in the world. In fact there are many SEO people whose expertise are way so better than mine. I started rough but ended smoothly at KMC MAG Group and KMC Solutions. I am unaware of the SEO industry and what its capabilities and benefits -- All i know is that I know how to link build as long as there is an instruction from my superior. But leading a department felt like I am forced in that kind of maturity of a manager which I needed sometime to understand and learn.

I admit, I have made mistakes. Have been waywardly going after my own agendas and getting out of focus in my work however, it made me realize many things.

This experience made me understand and see how a small company is running. How each individual is essential to the growth of a growing company. How one must be reliable at all times with work that was given to him. Every decision should have a good sounding judgement before doing. That I must think first before telling or saying something , whether in correction or by just having fun. I also learned that a manager should value his / her employees for them to stay and to keep satisfied.

I am like a wrong piece jigsaw puzzle at KMC MAG. I am not fitted in their puzzle. However, I believe that I have become part even though I am really not.

I am inspired by Mike at how he manages well his people and on how he treated them like they are not their employees but someone of his same level.

I know that KMC is just starting, i believe that someday you'll grow and when that time comes, do not forget me.
